Will I be liable for any home foreclosures, back taxes, etc. that my fiance currently owes once we get married?

Unless you cosigned them, no. But be aware that if you do anything jointly in the future (tax returns, banking, buying property, etc), then you will be affected.

You need to see a lawyer to draft a prenuptial agreement and to advise you on how to best protect yourself.
