i will be served a summons for a credit card that i never paid for they are trying to have my license suspended what can i do

Licenses are NOT suspended over credit card debts. What gave you that idea?

You say you "will" be served a summons. How do you know? In any event, if you have a debt you owe and cannot pay, step one is to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer in your area, preferably before the summons, to see what options you may have as to a suit.
