Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I work for a plumbing company and some times we have to sue people when they don't pay us we have not lost so fare but the problem I'm having is collecting the money. I wanted to see if some one can tall me what my option's are

If you are unsuccessful your two options are turn it over to a collection lawyer (or collection agency) or write it off.

In your type business, it is imperative that you are equipped with a portable credit card machine so you can take debit and credit cards at the time of service, and you should advise people they will need that or cash when you come. Then you won't have collection issues.
