Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Five years ago, I was living in Georgia and experienced some difficult financial times. I had a vehicle repossessed and had some outstanding credit card balances. I have been living abroad since then and am worried about reentry into the US. It has been five years since I have had anything to do with the US. While overseas, I have been to the US embassy and had pages added to my passport with no problems, but I am worried about reentry at customs. If the US embassy had no problems here, what are the chances customs will have a problem.

The problem you need to worry about is a creditor getting your paycheck, bank account and assets. Customs will not be a problem.
