Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
In 1992 I was charged with aggravated assault in GA. The case never went to court and it is not still pending. I haven't had any trouble with the law since then. I recently applied for a firearms llicense and was denied in GA. Could that past charge keep me from getting a licens? Would an expungment keep agencies like NICS from seeing that charge.
