Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am 24 my gf is 16 we live in ga. Her parents have threatened to call the cops on me if I do not leave her alone. What charges could be brought on me if any if they call the police. Please help.

Both of you need help. Here is the harsh truth you need to hear. You need help because a 24 year old adult going after a 16 year old child is usually called a predator. If you are not concerned with the risk to yourself for dating a child, you should at least have concern for the child and leave her alone. It should be enough that the child's parents have made it clear that you should stay away from her. If you want a relationship, find one with another adult.
You are considered a sexual predator. Get some serious mental health care. And be aware you can go to jail likely for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
