Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Im 21 and my girlfriend is currently pregnant, shes 17 but by the time the baby is born she'll be 18. Her family occasionally come get me so we could spend time together not once they told us to stop seeing each other or anything they never had a problem with me. If they was to find out about the pregnancy could i go to jail?

16 is the age of consent. so you cannot be arrested for having sex with a 17 year old. you should expect other drama in your life, given that you have a 17 year old girlfriend and a brand new baby on the way.
