Those are questions for your lawyer (or a lawyer you contact to discuss your case), and not questions for an anonymous internet forum where we know absolutely nothing about the facts.

If you use 1st offenders on a misdmeanor, you have usually made a huge mistake. First of all, the other two would be on your record, and if you ever needed it for a felony it would be unavailable.

You obviously cannot expunge a case that has not been tried, and you also can't usually expunge a conviction anyway.

If you do this without a lawyer, you will have completely ruined your life. ANY conviction will mean almost no employer will ever hire you, you can't go in the military, and in some cases you lose other rights (like the right to drive).

If you are smart, get off the computer and call a very good criminal defense lawyer. He can look into things like deferred dispositions, defenses you may have and other outcomes that might help things turn out better.

Were all three misdemeanors charged at the same time? If not, you will have two misdemeanor convictions, which will not be expunged. As for the misdemeanor 1st offender, that will also not be expunged. FIrst offender does not allow for an expungment of a record. You need to sit down with an experienced attorney and review the facts and applicable programs that might help you resolve the cases without any convictions. You can contact me via my website: www.lawrencelewispc.com. There is a $ 100 consult fee, but when the consult is over you will have a clear undrstanding of what you are facing. Look forward to hearing from you.
