Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm 16 and 7 months pregnant. My boyfriend just recently turned eighteen and had also recently has got arrested. Now he cannot be around me or have contact because he cannot be around minors. He has not had a pre-trial or a trial yet and they say he won't for a year or so. Is there any way out of this and is there anyway he could be there for the birth and her life? Is there any loopholes?

You asked the exact same question yesterday. The answer did not change by waiting a day. The answer you received before was:
If you were 15 when you started having sex he is a rapist. You cannot consent to sex at 15 (even at 16 he can be charged with lesser crimes). He is likely to be in prison for a long time and should be. He will be registered as a sex offender for life and you should not let him near your child unless you want to have the state take away your child. Please get the counseling you need. 16 year olds are too young to have babies. You really need to get close with your parents, and build a support structure so you can finish school.
