Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I am 5 months pregnant. They have taken me to jail twice because i pawned some things of my moms just stupid stuff like a dvd player and things like that. The first warrent my mom pressed charges and i got theft by taking. The second warrent the pawn shop pressed charges and i got theft by deception. If I plea first offenders is there any chance the judge could give me probabtion instead of jail. I am 19 and my mom is claiming the items were worth over $1000 which is a felony. The pawn shop has a record of how much it was and it was less then 500 which is a misdemenor. I have never got in any trouble before. Im really scared to go back to jail im pregnant and i didnt see it as a big deal i needed gas money and they rufused to help. I know taking things that dont belong to you is wrong but It was material things that hadnt even been used in over 6 months. I just dont want to go back to jail. It scared me enough the first time the second time was like toture. i will never do anything wrong again as long as i dont have to go back there. i need advice.
