Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Im 17 But will i be convicted as a adult if the court date is after im 18?

im going to be 18 february 22 of 2003... if i am convicted of what i did wrong will i be charged as an adult, the judge and bond man says that it will take 2-3 months atleast and i will be 18 then... another question is i went to adult jail for fighting with my dad.. his girl friend called the cops the state pressed charges not my father.. so is there a chance it will be dropped since hes not fighting it and he didn't press charges? another thing is my mother came and got me out of jail.. and took me to florida... shes telling me that she signed me out and shes responsible for me till i'm 18 and that i not aloud to go anywhere.. basically i have to live with her until i'm 18 when i haven't been with her for years.. and i would like to go and stay with my grandmother... but shes telling us that i have to stay here until i'm 18... that if i don't they will throw her in jail, however the bond person didn't make that clear with me and just told me that where i stay i have 5 days to tell them where i'm staying so they can send it to me... but my mother is telling me that i misunderstood.... ????
