can a 20 year old
if im 20 and my girlfriend is 16 teen and she is pragnant can i go to jail in the state of georgia

You can be charged with statutory rape if your girlfriend was under the age of 16 at the time she got pregnant, if it is pursued by someone like her parents. Law enforcement generally will not take it upon themselves to go after someone for a case like this. The law has recently changed to avoid exteme punishment for these so-called "Romeo and Juliet" cases, so you probably would not be looking at jail time.
