Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am a 19 year old male who was arressted for catching a ride home with a co worker who was carring a small bag of cocaine. He did not claim it and I did not claim it so we were both arrested. I have no previous criminal record, he has several charges on his record. I am currently attending college and i dont know what will become of it next semester. I was given a court appointed lawyer who hasn't told me anything new since the first time I talked to him. I am an innocent man. My question is what is the best thing for me to do at this points??
