Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
A 20 year old man gets on a 18 and up dating site and meets a 19 year old girl that is really a 48 year old man using nude photoshopped photos of a 12 year old girl. He has the girl call the 20 yr old and say she is 19 and invites him over. The boy goes over but freaks out and leaves bc the girl tries to bring in men and sex toys. He never touches her. He gets convicted on child molestation bc 6 other men at different times did have sex with her and get convicted. They all have the same judge and the 20 yr old is last to be tried. She says she is giving him 20 yrs before the trial. She allows NO defense. There were videos of everyone except him. She wouldnt allow him to use details or that the girl lied about her age. Is this prejudicial error?
