Get a VERY good lawyer.

Worst case scenario is a significant jail sentence and major fines. Additionally, a criminal conviction, especially for threats, probably makes you almost unhireable for life.

You need good counsel - quickly. That may help minimize the damage.

It's serious. I've listed the sentences below for each charge you list. You need to hire a Georgia criminal defense attorney IMMEDIATELY. Do whatever it takes to pay for an attorney ---- your future is at stake.

O.C.G.A. 16-10-25. Giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer

A person who gives a false name, address, or date of birth to a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge of his official duties with the intent of misleading the officer as to his identity or birthdate is guilty of a misdemeanor.

O.C.G.A Section 16-11-37A. Terroristic Threat

Aperson convicted of the offense of a terroristic threat shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both. A person convicted of the offense of a terroristic act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years, or both; provided, however, that if any person suffers a serious physical injury as a direct result of an act giving rise to a conviction under this Code section, the person so convicted shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250,000.00 or imprisonment for not less than five nor more than 40 years, or both.

O.C.G.A. Section 16-7-21. Criminal Trespass

A person who commits the offense of criminal trespass shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********

What county were you arrested? The county will dictate if you get probation or jail time. I doubt that you walked into a restaurant with a pleasant quiet demeanor and just broke a plate, but I do suspect that you were too drunk to remember half of what you did. So, go to court and see what they say. If they offer you jail time, then you can hire an attorney.
