Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

my 12yr old daughter and friends were at the theater she had her phone and recorded 30 sec.the theater owner took her phone went through it with out her permission.called the police they got all her infomation and transported her to the city jail we were not called my the cops she was put in the back off the car my a male cop when she asked about her seat belt she was told its a short trip you will be ok(its 2-3 miles)her mom lives a half a mile from the theater her sister was with her she ask could she ride with her sister so she would not be alone she was told the only way she could go was in handcuffs she is 16 how can they tramatize this honor roll child like this she has had nighmares since this has happened.we went to the jail and were taled to like criminals and i was locked up for the first time in my life for disorderly conduct for useing the same words the cops were saying to me

I am not sure what you are looking for her. It is hard to get a legal question out of your post. If someone is facing charges, they need a lawyer. Otherwise, given you were arrested and even you admit to something, there is not much we can give you with one side of the story.
