Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
After accepting a plea bargain in court- can it be withdrawn?
After accepting a plea bargain in court in front of a judge
Is it possible to withdraw the plea of guilty/plea bargain
If so, what is the time frame for doing so?
If it matters, it was 2 felony charges, and probation was
given. My attorney did not provide all the info. to me
at the time. He just told me to take the plea bargain.

Re: After accepting a plea bargain in court- can it be withdrawn?
Only under very limited circumstances can it be withdrawn. If there is some indication that the plea was not entered voluntarily or you were misled about what the negotiations were, this may be a reason to withdraw the plea.
From what you said about the 2 felonies being given only probation, it appears that you would not get any better of a plea anyway. I would have to know more about the facts to know for sure, but it sounds like your lawyer was right in urging you to take the plea.
