I accidently backed into a car. I got so scared and having an anxiety attack I drove home. Which is literally 3 houses down from the incident. I parked my car in my driveway and then I actually grabbed my license and walked back to where the incident happened. and delt with the police. I was given a ticket of leaving the scene of an accident the violation of the ticket is 40-6-270. (that I can read of it. My husband had to sign for my ticket because I had such an anxiety attack I passed out. what should I do?

Obviously, get a lawyer who handles these cases. Based on your post, you definitely should not be trying to handle this yourself. You turned what was probably a minor ticket into an offense that carries a penalty of revocation of your license. Court certainly won't be less stressful. Second stop posting admissions of committing that offense on the internet.
