Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have being acused of theft by taking of 30K for my previews job.. I'm willing to pay back this to the insurance company but I don't want to go to Jail can this be posible this is my first charge and I do not have any criminal background before this.

Get a very good criminal lawyer and do not talk to the insurer or anyone else until you talk to the lawyer. Anything you say to the insurer could help put you in jail.
