Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was not adjudicated guilty on my forst offender probation. But a background check was ran on me for a job and they saw it. I though those records were sealed? Please help me understand or tell me what to do. Thanks Ashley

The record is still out there. When they pull it up the court papers will show that because of the program you shall not be considered to have a conviction. In very specific factual situations you can get a record expunged - but you need to call a local criminal defense attorney.
