Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm an adult male (19) and I sent nudes to a 14 year old female but I DID NOT know it was illegal!!! Now her parents want to press charges. Can they do that if i'm not american and i do not have citizenship or green card? But i'm in the US now as a tourist. If they can what will happen? Thank you.

You have not posted multiple posts in which you admit to state and federal crimes, and that is in addition to the fact that you called this 14 year old your "girlfriend" (which raises questions of statutory rape). It does not matter that you did not know it was illegal (though that should be common sense to any adult that sending nudies to a CHILD is illegal), and of course you do not get a pass because you are not a citizen. It seems that you are not taking the prospect of several years in prison very seriously. Otherwise, you would have been on the phone setting up meetings with the best criminal lawyers you can find starting tomorrow morning. When law enforcement gets the pics the first thing they will get is your computers and phones, and they will see all these posts, emails, texts, etc. (even the ones you thought you deleted).
You are facing 10-20 years in prison. So, retain an attorney. See website for info on retaining the right attorney: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=38
Good luck
