Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I need some advice on whether to hire an attorney at this or should I wait. A friend of mine is now under investigation for a criminal defense and the authorities are now looking for him for questioning. My friends wife said she heard that the person who accused my friend is also going to include me in the law suit but I haven't received or heard anything to know if its true or not. I don't know whether i should take action now or wait till i know it's certain
