Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

need advice

I am a waiter. I had a table of drunk customers. It took awhile for them to get there food due to backed up orders. I told them i was sorry and tried to make them satisfaied. The customer got in my face and then pushed me. I was the only white person in the resturant. I went and got the cop that was there, i make a compliant for assault against the customer and have he leave. I told the cop i would not serve the cuatomer and wanted to press charges but the cop told me he was going to take me to jail for disorderly conduct when i was pushed. The cop took statements from everyone but me. I feel that was wrong and that it was racism. What do i do now?

File a complaint with the Chief of Police and go look for another job.
