Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
i am under the age of 21 and was at a house drinkin with four guys. the cops barged into the house but i did not step out of the house untill my dad walked me out. they did not do a sobriety test or anything except ask if i draank. i answer i had one sip of beer. they charged me with mip. can i get out of this?
