aggrevated assult
my husband is in jail for aggrevated assult charges against me and some drug charges i want to drop the aggrevated assult charge will i be able to? he went to hia arrainment and they didn't give him a bond what will happen first time for him?

What will happen will depend on his criminal history and the charges at hand. He will need an attorney. It is not recommended that he go through this without legal representation. Even if you wish to drop the charges, it is up the the District Attorney as to weather or not they pursue the case. They usually always do.
