As an American citizen, would I be prosecuted for killing a known terrorist in Israel that has been wanted for years?

You'd have to ask the police in Israel. I doubt any Georgia lawyer would know how many years in jail you would receive for murder in Israel.

Are you killing the terrorist in Israel as a member of the U.S. military,or as a mercenary? How are you getting out of Israel after you kill the terrorist? I think you should just continue to play Halo and let real folks handle real business.
