Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have an appeal filed with the court. The Clerk has refused to send the record up to the appeals court until I pay them $568.00. I'm 67 years old, retired, partially disabled, barely living on my SS. How do I get the Clerk to send up the record and allow my right to do process?
