Can you appeal if you plead guilty for armed robbery at the time you was a minor?

If less than 30 days have elapsed from your plea, yes. Otherwise, generally no.
Not enough information - how old were you at the time? how old are you now? how long ago? were you represented by counsel? what type of felony (I assume since you pleaded guilty it was one of the seven deadly sins and was tried in superior court) - please lucidate further

Yes, you need to file a habeas corpus petition, and explain why the plea was not knowing and voluntary. If the plea was knowing and voluntary, you are otu of luck.
