Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Armed robbery/aggravated assult
I would like to know if a person can be held in jail on robbery and aggravated assult on a person based on the person saying it is them and their is no evidence to linking the person to the crime and the detectives never questioned the person? How long can they be held with out being charged by the state?
