Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If an arrest warrant for vop is issued in a different county than which I reside, can the county I reside in execute the warrant?

Yes; Sheriffs have arrest powers throughout GA (Sheriff from "other county" can arrest you on a valid warrant OR that Sheriff can forward information to the Sheriff of your county and his deputies can arrest you and have you transported to the "other county's jail")
