Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If I were arrested in Boston in 1990 on a drug charge and I received probation (I was 17 years old at the time). I never went to see my probation officer and now at the age 35 I just found out there is a warrant out for my arrest. What should I do? Or how should I handle this case? Will I have to service time there in Boston? I currently reside in Atlanta, GA now.
