Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I was not arrested but got two citiation in georgia retail store for contributing to a delinquent minor and theft by shoplifiting. what do I do about dismissing the charges in traffic court

You have two choices. Go there yourself and expect things to go badly.

Go to court and demand that the charges be dismissed. You don't need any legal reasoning, just demand it. AFTER you get a conviction, then write back about how you cannot find a job, and you need the charges expunged. So, I can laugh at you a second time.
