Your post makes no sense. There is no such thing as recuperating a license. I am guessing you already got charged and are trying to get your license back before court. That does NOT erase the charge. However, IF you get a lawyer, a good lawyer may be able to use the new license to help you negotiate a way to not lose your license, and possibly avoid jail time, and maybe reduce a fine. This is a serious offense that often results in jail time and high fines. It would be highly foolish not to have a lawyer.

Obtaining your license before you go to court may help you get a better sentence but the charges will not be dropped just because you have gotten a license since you were arrested. If you don't have an attorney I suggest you consult one immediately to discuss your case.
