Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If someone gets arrested in say georgia because new jersey has a warrant for them, I was told new jersey has 30 days to come get the inmate or georgia has to let him go, is it true if new jersey does not come in the 30 days georgia can call new jersey and ask if they want a extension to come get the inmate?
