Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Arrested for possession. Drugs in car. Not on person. I was not in my car. Police called my cell phone. How did they get my number? Can they do that?

Your lawyer will tell you about a recent Georgia case where police did something similar and the courts said fine. Each day you go without your lawyer, who will caution you not to post details here on the internet where prosecutors see it is a day you've made a mistake. Again, call him.
