Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am an artist. A gallery that housed several dozen pieces of my work has closed, and my artwork and the owners have vanished.
Is this a criminal act?
I know if I were to pursue this in civil court, I would win easily but not necessarily collect. I think the threat of criminal charges might get these folks to shape up. Thanks for your advice!

Nothing that you posted suggests a crime. It's a civil matter.
