Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Can an attorney represent a defendant in a Civil case and a criminal case? And let it be noted that the Defendant counter sued the Plaintiff.

If a person has a civil and a criminal case and finds a lawyer that does both, of course the lawyer can handle both.
