Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am looking for an attorney to sue the police for wrongful arrest. I was charged with reckless endangerment but did no such thing. The child woke up at 2 am and went outside. DFAX stated they did not know why I was locked up because to them it was an accident. I did no physical harm to the child. We were all sleeping. He is 6 years old and has several issues. ADHD , oppositional defiant just to name a few. Everyone in the house was sleep and he got up unlocked the doors and went outside and was walking around.

The fact things turned out okay doesn't make the arrest "wrongful." It's pretty clear that fact pattern gives probable cause for arrest. You could certainly call lawyers to get their opinion, but I can't fathom a lawyer seeing that fact pattern as a viable case.
