Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My aunt was arrested last night and today a detective called and told the family that she was found dead in the holding cell of an apparent suicide. This happened in Georgia and we live in Louisiana. We believe that there was fowl play involved and want an autopsy done here in Louisiana or at least in another county in Georgia because of police involvement. How do we start this process of looking into her suspicious death.
