serious auto crime
my boyfriend is 17 and lives in augusta,ga. he is charged for three counts of grand theft auto.since he's in georgia will he be charged as an adult?and if no one can bail him out how long do you think he will be in jail?

More than likely, he will be charged as an adult for this type of felony. If he can't make bond, he will stay in jail until he either enters a plea or has a jury trial.
