Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
A while back I was asking for an attorney to follow up for a deceased attorney that was able to get a bank to dismiss w/o prejustice the charges against me for a loan that was given to a person that I know. I have paperwork from the bank showing the use of my SS# but obvious fraudulent signature. I also have taped conversations with bank employees that have their names on the loan who I believe are no longer employed with the bank. I also have other info concerning this case. I got an answer from one attorney on Guru.com that I should talk to someone with details but when I sent an email to him to get a consultation, I did not get a response. I still need an attorney to retain or an attorney to tell me why that I can't get someone interested in helping me. I live in the Hall county Georgia area(Gainesville) my email is [email protected] Thank you. Jim Reherman

You need to make the effort to search for lawyers in the area who handle that kind of case, call them personally and make appointments to discuss rather than asking for solicitations on a website. Of course, they will expect a retainer. If you are speaking to them and they are not interested in the case, there is almost always a reason, whether it be an unwillingness to pay a retainer and fees, a weak case, a client who won't listen to advice, or other reason.
