On my Bank of America background check. It asks the following question:
Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense, pleaded no contest to charges or agreed to enter in a pre-trial diversion or similar program in lieu of a criminal prosecution for any crime other than a minor traffic violation having a fine or penalty under $500?
Yes No
I was charged with shoplifting but the case was dismissed after completing pre-trial diversion.
Do I have to answer yes?
