how do i beat a marijuana less than one ounce charge ? the cops had no reason to search me! i was out of gas and had a gram of pot he just pulled up spot lighted me and searched my person for no reason

I would suggest that you stop posting online and get a good criminal lawyer ASAP (and don't assume the search was improper as it may have been proper). The effects of the case can include jail, fines, permanent inability to get a job, inability to ever get most college financial aid, and loss of your drivers license. Get legal counsel at once.

You'll need a lawyer to determine if the cop searched you "for no reason".

Quit posting on the internet and get a lawyer. Certainly you can afford one since you can afford a gram of pot.
