Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I began dating my roommate, of 25 years, brother in Nov. 2012. He moved from SC after under going nasty divorce for drug abuse, given supervised visitation ONLY with his 2 children and being shunned from family when his mother died from drug overdose just months after he moved in. He is no stranger to jail, homeless shelters and orders of protection. He was fired from job I got for him at hotel being a van driver where he would have a place to live. Arrested for no liscense they put him at front desk and shortly after pitched a drunken raged filled fit swinging a knife at co-workers.

I've exhausted all funds providing him hotels. He was thrown out of the Extended Stay for firing a gun at me when I was trying to get away. I got his VA benefits and housing he was thrown out there as well. He refuses to leave his sisters house where I lived with her for 25 years, he says I will never got rid of him I'm stuck for life. He bust down my and sisters bedroom doors in drunken rages where we are hiding. He takes my phone,, screaming and spitting pushing me down hitting me in head with remotes and slamming me and his sister against walls with hands around our throat. He swears he will kill me and I BELIEVE him. Help

Why are you wasting time and effort on a website? No one here can jump through the screen and help. YOU need to take this seriously, which you have not done by searching the internet and posting here, and contact the police, get a lawyer to file a protective order and advise you on what else to do.
