Once the case is over and the person appears, the bond is released.

If you were placed on probation as a condition of the final sentence, the person's land will not be effected. However, if you were placed on probation as a condition of diversion or drug court or DUI court (i.e. the case was not closed) then the case was not closed, and their land may be effected.
