Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my boyfriend was arrested on jan 2015 on multiple felonies. He pled guilty and took a plea bargain of 57 months in a federal prison. He was still on probation & had a year left. His probation was revoked in full & he had to serve a year in state prison. He stayed in the county jail for about 10 months before doing his state time. When he signed his plea it said that his state time would run concurrently with his federal but later the judge went back and wrote in (if permitted by federal authorities). He is not receiving credit for the year he served for state how can I get this corrected?
