Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My boyfriend got arrested for 1 traffiking of cocaine 3 possessions of illegal substance and 1 possession of marijuana i know he has had previous possession charges but im not sure to what extent. I have a friend who works with the program drug court in georgia and he says he may be able to get him into the program. Is it possible with those charges for him to be in drug court and is that his best option? Is there a possibilty that he is eligible for that program if someone in the program can pull some strings and talk to a judge? If he needs a lawyer is there any lawyers avalible that will take a payment plan or is there some kind of loan i can take out for the money? What is the best route to handle this and is there any other programs he could go into. Really I just need to no what i need to do to keep him from staying in jail or facing 15 years. He is in custody in fulton county and bonded over from roswell georgia

Well, if your friend with the drug court says they can get him into the program, that may be the way to go. However, he should at least consult with a local attorney.
