Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My boyfriend got arrested last week for forgery in the first degree. A couple of days later they charged him with obstruction and theft by receiving. He is already on felony probation for theft by receiving. What is going to happen to him?

He will, most likely, spend time in prison for probation violations and new charges. He needs to hire an attorney specializing in criminal law and probation violations (one attorney needs to do BOTH)
