Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My boyfriend bought a car a year ago. The title was full and his name didnt fit on it so legally he didnt own it.
He sold the car a while back he still has the title in hand. and now the person he sold it to is taking him to court,because he can't drive the car. what can my borfriend do? cause now it looks like he sold a stolen car?

Your boyfriend can refund the purchaser's money and the purchaser can return the car to your boyfriend. If you are worried about the car appearing stolen, why would you wait until you got taken to court to try and resolve the issue?????
