Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My boyfriend was charged wit motor vehicle theft by a chick he was dating she went to the police department told them she didn't want to persue the charges they took a warrant for him me and the chick went back to the police they say the warrant is at the distict attorney office the d a says they don't have it yet the clerk office don't have it yet so what do we do now to get him out

Your boyfriend can possibly spend years in jail. You go to a lawyer and hire one (and you should have already done that).
